RESULTS FROM THE 88TH ANNUAL MEETING - September 14, 2026
Allamakee-Clayton Electric Cooperative held its 88th Annual Meeting in a drive-through format on Monday, September 14. The Board of Directors and employees thank all members who were able to attend and everyone who returned a ballot. The Cooperative will announce the bill credit and solar panel subscription winners in our October newsletter. Voting members returned incumbent Cindy Heffern, Harpers Ferry, from Director District A. They elected Dan Byrnes, Waukon, to fill the second seat. He replaces Mike Gibbs, who chose not to run for re-election. From Director District C Peggy Connor, Farmersburg, was elected to the Board.
