What is Budget Billing?
Budget Billing helps make your electric bill predictable. With Budget Billing, your monthly electric payment for 11 months is based on your prior year's usage and stays the same each month. During the 12th month (what we refer to as your settlement month), your bill is based on actual usage and is adjusted to reflect any over- or underpayment from the prior 11 months.
How do I sign up?
