Residential Subdivisions

Our service territory covers much of beautiful northeast Iowa, a perfect place to raise a family, experience the changing seasons, and simply sit back and enjoy life. Highlighted below are a few rural subdivisions with available lots and electric utilities already in place.

Timber Ridge Subdivision

Located in Taylor Township of Allamakee County with access from Lansing-Harpers Road (paved), this subdivision is approximately three miles from the town of Harpers Ferry and two miles from Yellow River State Forest.  It is an open, ridge-top development area with large lots surrounded by mature timber and scenic views.  Access roads and electric utilities are already in place.

Harpers Highlands Subdivision

Located in Taylor Township of Allamakee County with access from Lansing-Harpers Road (paved), this subdivision is approximately one mile from the town of Harpers Ferry. It is an open, bluff-top development area with large lots surrounded by mature timber, overlooking Harpers Ferry and with scenic views of the Mississippi River. Access roads and electric utilities are already in place.

The Preserve Subdivision

Located in Lansing Township of Allamakee County with access from Spring Valley Drive (unpaved), this subdivision is approximately six miles from Lansing and is immediately adjacent to the 1,995-acre Lansing Wildlife Management Area. It is an open, ridge-top development with large, private lots and scenic views surrounded by mature timber and deep valleys. Access roads and electric utilities are already in place.
